Jim Cork

I was born in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, England, on 5th March 1953 and adopted at around 13 months old. I was raised by two loving parents whom I always called Mam and Dad.

I grew up with two sisters, Babs and Bren and one brother, Bill. They were all quite a bit older than me. 

 

All three welcomed me into the family, which I will always be eternally grateful for. 

 

I went to three state schools, but I needed to be more academic to achieve my goals in life. But, strangely, life sometimes has other things in mind for your life skills. 

 

I learned to play the piano as a child. I learned to play the guitar later in life. I loved photography and making films. Soon this was to help me write short film scripts. 

 

I started to train to be a medium through life skills when I was around 18, plus being part of a group helped. The rest, they say, is history.

 

I was asked how I started to become a medium. I found it took too long to explain, and someone suggested writing a book, so I did.
